When you send us an email, your email address is recorded for purposes of responding.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Fathom collects only anonymous, aggregated data such as page views, referral sources, and general geographic region. We do not collect your IP address, device identifiers, or browser fingerprints through our website analytics. For more information about Fathom Analytics and its privacy practices, visit usefathom.com.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, or similar tracking technologies on our website. We do not engage in targeted advertising or behavioral tracking on our own properties. If our website embeds content from third-party services (such as embedded videos), those third parties may independently set cookies or collect data subject to their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing communications, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions in any marketing email or by contacting us at contact@thenextpractice.com.

3. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:

Legal and safety obligations. We may disclose information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or when necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to safety, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.

Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, dissolution, or similar transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

With your consent. We may share your information with third parties when you have given us explicit permission to do so.

4. DATA STORAGE AND HOSTING

Our website is hosted on Vercel, which processes HTTP requests to our site and maintains standard server logs as part of normal hosting operations. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it. We may retain anonymized, non-identifiable data for statistical purposes without time limitation.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13), or under the applicable age of digital consent in any relevant jurisdiction.
